We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Orders returned after 7 days are eligible for store credit.

Limited release or sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Merchandise you return must be in its original condition, undamaged, unworn with tags attached and packaging included. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.

For domestic returns, use the pre-paid return label that was emailed to you. Drop your package at any USPS or UPS location.

For international returns, please reach out to clientcare@ahmworld.com to let us know about your return. We will issue a return ship label for your items.

Once the package is received and confirmed sellable within 3-5 business days, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment minus the shipping cost & 15% restocking fee. Customers outside the US are responsible for taxes and duties.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date.

Limited release or marked down sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchanges.

Merchandise you exchange must be in its original condition, undamaged, unworn with tags attached and packaging included. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your item and replace it.

To exchange, contact clientcare@ahmworld.com to request your replacement. 

For domestic, all states within the USA, drop your package at any shipper (DHL/USPS) location.

For international, Canada and the rest of the world, drop your package at any DHL location.

Once the package is received and confirmed sellable within 3-5 business days, we will send your exchange free of charge. Customers outside the US are responsible for taxes and duties.
